You can reset your password by clicking “I forgot my password” under the box you normally enter your password on the login screen. This link will send you to a new page that will request that you enter the email address associated with your Frec account. Once you enter the email address associated with your Frec account click “Submit.”
You should then see a page informing you that an email message has been sent to the email address associated with your Frec account with a link to reset your password. If you do not receive an email, you can click the “Resend email” link on this page. If you are still having issues or have any other questions, reach out to help@frec.com.
