How to update your phone number

You can update your phone number by clicking on your name in the upper right-hand corner of the Frec Platform and selecting “Account settings” from the dropdown menu. Once on the “Account settings” page stay on the tab titled, “Profile.” Then click on the word “Edit” in the upper right-hand corner of the box titled, “Contact information.”

Once you click “Edit,” a new box will appear, and you will need to click the word “Update” located immediately below your current phone number. You will then be required to enter your current Frec password before you can update your phone number. Once you enter your password correctly, you can enter your new phone number.

After you enter your new phone number click “Continue” and you will receive a verification code to the phone associated with the updated phone number. You will then be required to enter the code on the next screen and click the “Verify” button. Once this is completed, your account will be associated with your new updated phone number.
