How do I edit my personal details?

Please reach out to help@frec.com to edit any of your personal information such as name, SSN, date of birth, or citizenship.

If you want to change your name, you will be required to provide a non-expired government identification or marriage certificate as proof of the legal name change.

How do I edit my contact information?

Email address

You can change your email address by following these steps:

  1. Click on your name or Account > Account settings
  2. Stay on the Profile tab and go to Contact information
  3. Enter the new email and we will send you a verification code.

Important for Google or Apple Logins

If you originally logged in using Google or Apple, updating your email address will automatically unlink those accounts. Going forward, you will need to log in using your email and password.

To relink your social account later, contact us at help@frec.com.

Phone number

Please reach out to help@frec.com to edit your phone number.

How do I edit my home address details?

You can change your home address by following these steps:

  1. Click on your name or Account > Account settings
  2. Stay on the Profile tab and scroll down to Address details > click Edit
  3. Make your changes click Save.

If you click this button by mistake and do not want to edit your home address, click Cancel.

How do I edit my employment information?

You can change your employment status, occupation, or employer by following these steps:

  1. Click on your name or Account > Account settings
  2. Stay on the Profile tab and scroll down to Employer information, then click Edit.
  3. Make your changes click Save.

If you clicked Edit by mistake and don't want to make changes, click Cancel to exit without saving.

How do I edit my investment profile?

You can change the details in your investment profile such as annual income, net worth, and investing experience by following these steps:

  1. Click on your name or Account > Account settings
  2. Stay on the Profile tab and scroll down to Investment profile > click Edit
  3. Make your changes click Save.

If you clicked Edit by mistake and don't want to make changes, click Cancel to exit without saving.
